The Social Report is the result of a process focusing on the dialogue with our most important stakeholders. The aim of this report is to give account of our capacity to operate consistently in keeping with our values, responding to the expectations of all the people we deal with. We therefore report on the social and environmental areas of corporate management alongside traditional economic results. As well as being a means of communication, it is a management tool for monitoring progress and planning improvements, thus increasing stakeholder satisfaction. The method used for drawing up the Social Report refers to the Sustainability Reporting Guidelines of the GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) and to the Italian Banking Association's (ABI) "Stakeholders' Report" published jointly with Econometica.
