There is a strong awareness of how important it is to strengthen trust in relationships with all the people dealing with Intesa Sanpaolo, by taking care of customer relations, bringing out the best in the people that work for the Group, promoting the development of local communities, protecting the environment and creating value for shareholders in the long run.
Each of these stakeholders expresses needs and expectations which must be fulfilled.

Dialogue with stakeholders is two-fold:

  • information supplied by the company, through traditional communication channels (press and advertising), on-line channels (web, newsletters) and reports (annual balance sheet, Social Report);
  • monitoring, through in-house and external surveys, customer satisfaction research, independent opinions, focus groups.
