Information referring to the Legislative Decree 196/2003, article 13
"Code concerning the treatment of personal data"

Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A., in its capacity as Responsible for the treatment of personal information, must provide certain information regarding the use of such personal information.

Personal information recorded will be treated exclusively for purposes related to the satisfaction of your specific request.

Users that register in the mailing list will receive a password that will enable them to visualise, modify and, where necessary, eliminate their data following specific instructions provided for this purpose.

Personal information is treated by the Responsible for the treatment via manual and ITC instruments with logics which are closely correlated to the purposes of the treatment and, in any case, so to guarantee the security and confidentiality of such information in compliance with regulations in force.

To offer the requested service the bank, in addition to Group companies, may avail itself of external parties, even located abroad, and in particular of providers of services  correlated with the treatments carried out by the Responsible for the treatment (for example website management and maintenance, telecom providers to transmit messages etc.). A detailed and updated list of such third parties is available upon request from the interested party.

Any interested party has the right at any moment to obtain, among other things, the confirmation of existence or not of his/her personal data and know their content and origin, verify their exactness or request their integration, update or correction (art. 7 Legislative Decree 196/2003). Any interested party may also request the cancellation, the transformation in anonymous form or the blockage of information treated in violation of  law as well as to oppose, for legitimate reasons, the treatment.
